Our restaurants
From the panorama restaurant with its magnificent views and the cosy Stübli to the fireplace lounge with its crackling fire: each of our rooms has its own character. And when the sun is out, the large sun terrace with views of the Lenzerhorn, Mitgel, Tinzenhorn and Piz Ela beckons.
Panorama restaurant
Large windows, plenty of light and a view across the mountains of Graubünden that will stay with you for a long time. In the panorama restaurant we serve our popular «Tgantieni classics» at lunch and dinner, along with seasonal dishes made with regional ingredients. Head chef Kai Peuthert and his team stand for excellent, hearty cooking. We will gladly recommend a fine wine to go with it from our wine list. The Stübli
Warm Swiss stone pine, soft lighting and an atmosphere like being among friends: our rustic pine Stübli is the perfect place for cosy hours in a small group. Whether it’s a fine dinner for two, a family evening or a get-together with friends, this is a place where people like to linger. Enjoy Graubünden hospitality at its best, accompanied by our specialities and a good glass of wine. We recommend booking your table early.
Cheminée Lounge
Lean back and feel at home: in the Cheminée Lounge (fireplace lounge), the fire crackles and comfortable armchairs invite you to stay a while. Enjoy an aperitif before dinner, a digestif afterwards or simply a quiet hour watching the flames. On the walls, paintings by artist Peter Hiegelsperger bring nature indoors, true to the motto «From nature, back to nature». A place to unwind and arrive.

Marola Cottage
In winter, the Marola Hut is open daily from mid-December to the end of March, from 9 am to 5 pm. At lunchtime we serve hot and cold Graubünden specialities such as capuns, pizzoccheri, Marola rösti, our homemade salsiz or Lenzerheide mountain cheese, as well as soups and sweets.
Virtual tourIn summer, you can book the hut in the evening for private groups of 25 to 50 people, for company dinners, seminars or private celebrations, with a projector, screen and sound system on request.
