For the 2026/27 winter season, we are looking for motivated and cheerful people for the following positions:

• Service staff / Chef de rang
• Chef – Garde manger (Chef de partie)
• Chef – Entremetier (Chef de partie)
  

The winter season starts in early December 2026 and runs until early April 2027.

Your profile for the service position

• Experience as a chef de rang (ideally at least 2 years), responsible for your own station
• Flexibility and professional know-how are an advantage
• Ideally a completed apprenticeship in restaurant service
• German required; understanding Swiss German is expected
• Resilient and reliable
  

Your profile for the kitchen positions

• Experience as a chef
• Able to work under pressure and handle stressful situations well
• Ideally a completed chef’s apprenticeship and experience as a garde manger or entremetier / saucier
• Knowledge of stock management / HACCP
• Implementing garde manger / entremetier standards for à la carte and half board
• German required
