- Service employee / Chef de Rang
- Garde Manager
- Entremetier
Your profile for the service position
- Experience as a chef de rang (ideally at least 2 years) with responsibility for your own station
- Flexibility and professional knowledge are preferable
- Ideally, qualification as a restaurant specialist
- German required / Swiss German should be understood
- Resilient and reliable personality
Your profile for the positions in the kitchen
- Experience as a chef
- Resilient and able to handle stressful situations well
- Ideally, qualification as a chef and experience as a garde manager or entremetier / saucier
- Knowledge of inventory management / HCCP
- Implementation of garde manager / entremetier specifications in the à la carte and half-board areas
- German required
